Interchangeable Heating Units

All Mission Ready carts are equipped with a snap-in heating system that can be removed for cleaning or swapped with a backup heater to eliminate downtime — a critical advantage in high-volume correctional food service environments.

Carts can also convert to insulated ambient configuration by replacing the heater with an insulated back panel, giving facilities flexibility across different meal delivery programs.

JonesZylon's Mission Ready line features this design, making it easy to remove the heater for thorough cleaning or swap it with a backup to eliminate downtime. The heater can also be replaced with an insulated insert when heat isn't needed.

With Mission Ready carts, the heating unit is removable and interchangeable. If a heater fails, staff can snap in a backup and keep serving while the original is repaired. The heaters use non-proprietary parts, so your maintenance team can fix them in-house.
